The Restaurant
Gian Luca and his partner Lara have taken over this trattoria, situated inland from Viareggio between Pian di Conca and Stiava. Here they have created an oasis in the countryside where guests can sample specialities of fish and meat in these peaceful surroundings.
In the summer months you can eat outside under the pretty pergola and in the winter time indoors in two rustic style rooms, accompanied by relaxing soft music. There is a a large parking area in the garden and there is a special playground for children, leaving their parents enjoy their meal in peace.
We can also organize work dinners, weddings and birthday parties and any other special occasion. We are open also on Sunday for lunch. Every Monday there is a special tasting menu at 18 Euro including wine. We will also be offering on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 22.30 onwards, an "after dinner Giusto" with live music, drinks, beers and wines and tasty speciality dishes.
The "Giusto di Sale" restaurant has a simple motto: Respect for the quality of the products used and respect... for the client's wallet!
